"The service was great however as part of our order it included meet and greet amd specified they would meet us at arrivals, the reason we booked this is because my partner suffers with anxiety and with her flying into an airport she had not been to before this would help reduce her anxiety but this didn't happen, instead we had to find the drop off area which wasn't easy when it was busy and she was panicking "
